Our hearing aids are easily adjustable to the exact amount of hearing support you need (up to 80 DB). If you don't know how much you need, simply start at the lowest setting and slowly adjust the amount of hearing support until you're able to hear normally again.

Adjustment is extremely easy and takes only 30 seconds with a built-in adjusment dial and included adjustment tool. If the adjustment tool is lost or broken, we'll replace it free of charge.

Cleaning our hearing aids is really simple & easy, with all you having to do is remove the ear domes and wash them in warm, soapy water.

Then, for the rest of the hearing aid, you can gently wipe them down with a dry cloth to remove any dirt & debris.

If needed, you’re able to soak a paper towel in rubbing alcohol and gently clean each hearing aid, making sure to dry it right after.

Since our hearing aids are currently 80% off, all sales are final. However, we offer a FREE 1 year warranty where we'll replace your hearing aids for FREE if there are any issues!

On top of that, we're here to work with you! If our hearing aids don't work for you, we'll do our best to troubleshoot or find you a pair of hearing aids that works perfectly for you.

Unless you have very small / irregularly shaped ear canals or severe / profound hearing loss, our hearing aids will work perfectly for you!

Of course, that also means we’ll never profit like the big corporations… but does that really matter?
For us, what matters most is helping people regain their hearing and improve their quality of life, not squeezing out maximum profit. While most prescription hearing aids are extremely expensive, our devices are FDA-registered OTC hearing aids, allowing us to offer dramatically lower prices without sacrificing quality.

As a small family-owned business, we believe there are things more important than profit — like providing reliable, affordable hearing aids and continually improving our technology so customers always get the best experience.

In the future, Handeelife aims to grow the brand and support even more customers. That will require expanding our team — customer support, technical specialists, and other roles — to ensure every customer receives the care they deserve.

Once our team grows, the $397 price point simply won’t be sustainable. We may need to adjust it slightly to fairly reflect the work and value our team provides.

If you have severe or profound hearing loss, we’re sorry, but our hearing aids will not be a good fit for you.
